 ic\n\nto learn pain-relieving stretches (much love to vegan nurse and co-f
 ounder @thatstomi for leading this)\n\n7-8 pm: Gentle yoga with vegan led 
 instruction by the amazing @peacewithpolly\n\nSpace is limited to 10 folx
