 ext one.\n\nDinner No. 14: a Zambian & South African-inspired plant-based 
 tasting menu with MasterChef's William Chilila. One night only.\n\nEarlier
  this year\, before our UK debut\, I reached out to William and told him a
 bout LEBA.\n\nHis response was immediate.\n\nHis wife is Hungarian\, Budap
 est is one of his favourite cities\, and after hearing the story behind th
 e project\, he wanted to be involved.\n\nSeveral months\, many messages an
 d one phone call later\, we're finally bringing this collaboration to life
  - our third event in England\, second in London.\nFor me\, this collabora
 tion also felt personal.\n\nLong before this dinner was even a possibility
 \, I remember watching William on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2018 an
 d thinking\, I'd love to work with him one day. Eight years later\, that t
 hought has become reality.\n\nWilliam has been given complete creative fre
