  back for another round at @thefoxdenwellness but this time we're making i
 t even better than the first!\n\nJoin us on Friday\, July 17th\, for a hol
 istic experience in the woods of Exton.\n\nWe'll gather at 6:30 pm at @the
 foxdenwellness with @mindfulldc for an outdoor 45 min flow to restore (all
  levels welcome) complemented with a sound bath by the lovely @undercurren
 tsoundhealing\n\nOnce we've moved our bodies in the cool of the evening an
 d soothed our nervous systems\, we'll come together for a communal dining 
 experience at @crossgablesestate for a seasonal sunset feast featuring fou
 r plant-based\, Peruvian inspired & celiac-safe courses. We'll be serving 
 NA cocktails and guests are welcome to BYOB as well.\n\nSpace is limited.
