 e Plant Inspired project and Leura Uniting Church organise monthly communi
 ty lunches with the aim of bringing together members of local groups\, org
 anisations\, and the wider (local) public for a relaxed and welcoming meal
 .\n\nThese lunches are a chance to connect\, socialise\, and get to know o
 thers who are working on community projects across different areas. Often\
 , we are all busy in our own corners\, this is a way to share ideas\, lear
 n from each other\, and build stronger local connections.\n\nFeatured comm
 unity group in June: Three Sisters Social Group\n\nThe food is plant-based
  and delicious\, supporting our shared values around planetary sustainabil
 ity. Live music at each event.\n\nOur community lunches are available for 
 a suggested donation of $20+\, and part of the proceeds each month will go
  to one of the participating community groups. Since launching the project
  in October 2025\, we've raised $3\,751 to support initiatives in service 
 to the community.\n\nEach lunch also acts as a ‘climate café’\, a saf
 e space for anyone experiencing climate anxiety or grief to talk with othe
 rs who understand and take those feelings seriously.\n\nThe lunches are he
 ld on the Second Sunday of each month\, 12noon – 2pm\, at Junction 142\,
