 29th marks eight years since the rescue of Rose - a single chicken whose s
 tory ignited a global movement demanding fundamental rights for animals. I
 n her honor\, and for the trillions of animals still suffering around the 
 world\, we are launching a Global Week of Action where activists will take
  action to elevate the urgency and drive the conversation about these 5 ba
 sic rights that we demand for all animals: 1. The right to be free - not o
 wned - or to have a guardian acting in\n\ntheir best interest.\n\n2. The r
 ight to not be exploited\, abused\, or killed by humans.\n\n3. The right t
 o have their interests represented in court and protected by the law.\n\n4
 . The right to a protected home\, habitat\, or ecosystem. 5. The right to 
 be rescued from situations of distress and exploitation.\n\nImplementing t
 he Animal Bill Of Rights globally is Direct Action Everywhere's ultimate g
