DESCRIPTION:Join us on the streets of Amsterdam and help start positive con
 versations about veganism. Whether you have done outreach before or are co
 mpletely new to it\, you are very welcome to take part.\n\nWe talk to non-
 vegans about the reasons for going vegan using an approach designed to red
 uce defensiveness and keep conversations open\, positive\, and energizing.
  The goal is to help people reflect on their choices and feel motivated to
  make meaningful changes for animals.\n\nWe believe this approach is not o
 nly more effective and better aligned with modern psychological research\,
  but also more sustainable for you as an activist. Outreach should leave y
 ou feeling energized rather than drained.\n\nTHE SOCIAL EXPERIMENT\n\nVega
 n Future does not prescribe exactly how you should do street outreach. How
 ever\, we do have a method that we continuously refine: the Social Experim
 ent.\n\nThe conversation follows three basic phases:\n\n1. Establish commo
 n ground around shared moral values\n2. Show what really happens to animal
 s in animal agriculture\n3. Encourage a concrete and achievable commitment

 ck it up quickly through practice\, and you can shadow an experienced outr
 eacher before having conversations on your own.\n\nLANGUAGE\n\nIn Amsterda
 m\, we meet a lot of tourists\, so English will be our main language.\n\nI
 f you speak another foreign language besides English\, please let us know.
  If we meet someone who does not speak English\, we can connect them with 
 you.\n\nMATERIALS\n\nWe bring everything you need and provide hands-on tra
 ining during the event. You will receive a street outreach kit containing 
 all the materials you need.\n\nDRESS CODE\n\nSince you will be advocating 
 for animals\, try to look clean\, presentable\, and approachable\, like so
 meone people can easily relate to.\n\nIMPORTANT: Please do not wear animal
  products\, even if they are second-hand or something you bought before be
 coming vegan. Some non-vegans may focus on this instead of the conversatio
 n itself\, using an appeal to hypocrisy\, so it is best to avoid giving th
