DA'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST EXPOSED IN MEYENBERG RESCUE CASE

July 28, 2026

In early 2025, animal advocates discovered a massive, illegal dead pile at a "Certified Humane" factory farm that supplies Meyenberg goat milk brand. They repeatedly reported this to the authorities, but after months of being ignored, they went back to the facility to document animal welfare issues and ended up rescuing two sick baby goats. Instead of thanking compassionate people for doing the right thing, the District Attorney of Kings County is prosecuting them... but she has a serious conflict of interest in the case. Join us at this week's Meetup to hear more about the case, the conflict of interest, and what we can do to hold humane-washing Learn more about the Meyenberg Rescue case and the Right to Rescue at righttorescue.com Fresh coffee, tea, and a delicious plant-based brunch will be provided at the Meetup as well!
