Following a traditional recipe from Meg's grandmother, you'll work with simple ingredients like soybeans and nigari to produce fresh tofu from scratch. Experience different textures along the way, learn how tofu is used in everyday Japanese cooking, and take home your own freshly made block. The workshop price includes a complete kit to keep the practice going: a Yamacoh wooden tofu press, Japanese straining cloth, soybeans, and nigari.
