INTRODUCING NIBBLE NEIGHBORS At Nibbletown, neighbors don't just set up side by side, they create together! Nibble Neighbors is our new collaboration series, bringing vendors together with fellow makers, restaurants, and local businesses from inside and beyond the market. Expect unexpected pairings, limited-edition menus, workshops, and experiences that give our community something entirely new to nibble on. For our very first collaboration, @madewithrye and @callistoteahouse are thinking outside the proverbial tea box with: TEA + VEGAN CHEESE Join the owners of Callisto Tea House and Made With Rye for a guided tasting of four wildly different teas, each paired with a handcrafted artisanal vegan cheese. Along the way, you'll learn how tea is harvested, processed, and brewed, as well as the science, culturing, and creativity behind developing vegan cheese. Tea time can be so much more than scones and sandwiches, and these pairings are here to prove it.
