The 14th Annual Black Farmers and Urban Gardeners (BUGs) Conference is happening October 23 to 25, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana. BUGs is the largest national gathering for Black farmers, growers, land stewards, and food justice organizers. Every year, we show up, show out, and build together. You can expect hands-on workshops covering everything from soil health to financial sustainability, a keynote lineup that addresses land, legacy, and liberation, local farm tours and site visits throughout New Orleans and the surrounding areas, cultural experiences, and the annual Saturday night party. It's a space to reconnect, sharpen our skills, and advance this movement.
