Shine Your Light — Brooklyn FAM's flagship festival is back for its 6th year! Join us Sunday, November 1st, 11am-4pm at the Prospect Park Boathouse (rain or shine) for a FREE, family-friendly celebration of North, Central, and South American indigenous voices — including Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape, Shinnecock, Diné (Navajo), Taíno, Colombian, Mexican, and Guatemalan (Maya). This year’s theme: 'Shine Your Light.' Come shine with us! Connect across communities and generations through music and dance performances, workshops, a drumming circle, community ofrenda, craft stations, and public art for all ages.
