Chef Rickard is ready to throw off the oppressively hot shackles of British summer with a menu of Scandi delights to celebrate the approaching Autumn months. Following on from half a dozen collaboration dinners together, Rickard and Sean are joining forces once again to celebrate mouthwatering cuisine, compassion, and community... and possibly for the final time before Sean heads back to Australia!
