meowborhood CALLING ALL VEGAN & VEGETARIAN FOOD VENDORS! We're looking for local food vendors to join us this Saturday at the first annual Day of the Dead for Animals, a community celebration and benefit for independent animal rescuers in Kern County. We'd especially love to hear from vendors offering vegan or vegetarian versions of our favorite traditional treats and refreshments, including: Pan de muerto & conchas Café de olla & champurrado Tamales Aguas frescas Elote Fresh fruit ...and other delicious vegan or vegetarian offerings! No booth fees! We invite participating vendors to contribute a self-selected percentage of sales or a flat donation toward the fundraiser, at a level that feels sustainable for their business. linktr.ee/meowborhood
