dxe_sandiego Honoring the lives of all animals When: Saturday, October 31st at 4:00 PM Where: Old Town San Diego Historic Park, Plaza de Armas, next to Fiesta de Reyes Address: 2763 Calhoun St, San Diego, CA 92110 Join DxE San Diego for a community Día de los Muertos gathering to remember and honor the animals we have loved and lost. We will set up a small altar for animals, and we invite you to help fill it with ofrendas that call their spirits back to the living world for this special day. This will be a space to share stories, remember, and honor the lives of all animals on Earth. What to bring: - Vegan candy or treats your companion loved - Flameless candles Flowers - Photos of your loved companions who have crossed the rainbow bridge Suggestion: write a short little note about your companion to go with their photos/ofrendas - Blanket or chair to sit on Everybody is welcome! Invite your friends and family to join us. Direct Action Everywhere (DxE) is a grassroots network of animal rights activists.
