Come any time between 7:00pm and 9:00pm, stay as long as you want, or leave when you need to. (Arriving at 7:30pm or 8:00pm is perfectly fine, though arriving at 7:00pm is ideal.) Join us at the new Tibetan vegan organic restaurant, Himalaya Vegan Organic Restaurant. Recently opened this February 2026 in the Upper East Side, "Like the original, which opened in Sacramento in 2022, the Upper East Side outpost of Himalayan Vegan Organic Restaurant is vegan, gluten-free, macrobiotic, and, yes, organic. The place offers six daily items—served a la carte or as a dinner set—like brown rice, collard greens, and black-eyed peas. Pies are also available, sweetened with agave." Per the Infatuation.
