Combining lived experience with scientific research in neurobiology, psychophysiology and altruism, Sioni Mavani-Puri examines how acts of compassion can positively influence stress regulation, emotional wellbeing and long term health, while creating a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment. The talk also highlights practical and often overlooked ways people can support animal welfare beyond donating or volunteering, showing how small acts of contribution can create powerful ripple effects for both animals and humans alike.
