lotusonbeaufort You loved it so much, we're doing it all over again Following the incredible response to our last Lotus Loves Vegan Dining, we're returning for a special spring edition this November - celebrating the freshest produce of the season, plant-based flavours and, this time, we're serving across both lunch and dinner service! Led by Head Chef Napat and his team, expect humble new-season ingredients transformed through sophisticated cooking techniques, with the aromatic Asian flavours Lotus is known for. The menu follows our signature Feed Me format; a chef's choice progression of small, medium and large plates, before finishing on a sweet note with dessert.
