If you eat meat, someone is lying to you about where it came from. Dr. Faraz Harsini is coming to Carnegie Mellon to break down the truths and the lies the meat industry sells us, from the marketing on the package to the policy behind the scenes. As a biomedical and food systems scientist, he has spent years tracing the gap between what we're told and what's actually happening to animals and to our health.
