Next week, The Animal Law Foundation and the League Against Cruel Sports will come together at the House of Commons for an event marking the Act's 20th anniversary, kindly hosted by Irene Campbell MP. The event will bring together parliamentarians, legal professionals, animal welfare organisations and policymakers to examine the Act's achievements, where its implementation is falling short, and what needs to change.
