Robert (Norb) Gordon Shut Down Campaigns

Ashford's favourite vegan social is here for another month - and this month we will be hosting Robert Gordon! An animal activist and campaigner, most will know him as Norb, and the face of Shutdown Campaigns aiming to close the few remaining dog racing tracks in the UK. He has also worked with Animal Rising, and probably much more! Come and join us in the marquee for what should be a fabulous talk We aim to make these events as accessible as possible, because we really want to bring our community together - community= resilience. For that reason, there is no obligation to buy food or drink, nor is there an entrance fee. Furthermore, we have a 'pay-it-forward' scheme. Guests who are able to can buy tickets for £5 or £10 to allow those less able to afford to eat out (or eat a decent meal at home) can do so. Please come and see either of Team Plants & Pints if you would like to pay in to the scheme, or take advantage of someone else's generosity.
