SANTA ANITA PARK OPENING WEEKEND PROTEST

Santa Anita Park is resuming their horse-killing business this weekend while plotting to cut down old native oak trees for the LA 2028 Olympics, a profit-driven move that will devastate the local ecosystem. We must have a BIG turnout to show the racetrack that animal cruelty and environmental destruction are NOT welcome in the city of Arcadia! Meet at: Santa Anita Park, gate 3 (see second slide). It's at the intersection of Huntington Drive and Holly Ave, where the Santa Anita Park sign is. Parking: Plenty of free parking on Huntington Drive and Arcadia Community Center (365 Campus Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) Signs and banners will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own for the oak trees.
