We are at a pivotal moment in history. We cannot wait quietly until abusers are ready to change. We must demand change NOW. The COMPACT Act is a bipartisan bill that was recently introduced to remove NIH funding for experimenting on companion animals. It's time for @mbr_usa to cease their mass breeding operation and switch to a new business model, for @urochester to invest in the transition to modern research methods, and for @repclaudiatenney to stop accepting buyouts from Marshall and stand with the people against cruel and outdated animal experiments.
