It is a combination of two yoga: Karma Yoga or Yoga of Service and Laya Yoga or Yoga of the energies or chakras. It consists in transmitting spiritual energies in high potency for the benefit of all humanity and the planet. It is a dynamic group service activity that provides nourishment to ourselves and our spiritual paths as to the whole world and its own evolution towards perfection through the expansion of our consciousness. 🔘11am Sound Bath June Meagher will be offering 4 sound baths during our Scotland Vegan Festival. June, who has been holding sound baths and teaching various healing modalities for over 35 years will be offering one hour free sessions to our attendees. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and cover, although June will have some yoga mats on the day.
