Sussex Fungi Foraging Walk with vegan Lunch Full Day Forage

Identify and Harvest Wild Mushrooms, with Guided Forage Walk, Demonstrations and Lunch, in a secret spot! Stanmer Park (Brighton) Meet us at one of our secret locations for a days Mushroom foraging, we will be looking at some of the best Mushrooms Sussex has to offer, including rare species and premium edibles. Follow our guide as they show you how to Identify, harvest and prepare Wild Food. We will finish with a late lunch and demonstration in the Woods. The Lunch will be prepared by by Christian our Ex Michelin Chef and Masterchef Quarter Finalist, including catering for any dietary requirements, all food will be delicious and Vegan. The rendez-vous will be secret until the week before, we want to get the best possible location for our day and you will probably need to be able to drive there. The walk will be moderate but we will be taking it slow and easy and stopping at various points for discussion, mushroom demonstration and for breaks.
