You'll taste four teas alongside four artisanal vegan cheeses, with each pairing chosen to evoke the flavors and feeling of the season. As we taste, we'll explore how tea is harvested, processed, and brewed, along with the science and craft that go into making vegan cheese. Whether you know your teas and cheeses by heart or are simply curious to try something new, we'd love to have you at the table.
