Tour/Shop/Lunch at Sacramento Natural Food Coop: Show Best Products

Join Donna for a quick tour of the Sacramento Natural Food Coop (we will meet ahead at front door) so we can show you the healthiest foods to buy there including, whole food plant based fresh, canned, and packaged foods. If you want to do a quick shop, please bring some carry bags and we will each do some quick shopping while there as well. We can go to the food service and pick out our own salad ingredients and check out with them and the groceries and then eat lunch there together. Donna will bring some avocados to share.
