PlantX and Macromia have partnered to create Chicago's largest vegan food hall, set to open Labor Day Weekend in the Uptown neighborhood. Spanning 6,500 square feet, the food hall will feature a central bar offering vegan bar food and wine pairings, a bodega-style grocery store, and six distinct culinary concepts. The establishment aims to cater to Chicago's growing vegan and health-conscious community, with PlantX CEO expressing excitement about introducing their all-in-one vegan food hall concept to the vibrant city.

The collaboration with Macromia Group, known for developing high-end dining and retail locations, reflects both parties' commitment to setting a new standard for vegan dining in Chicago. A soft launch is planned for August 23, leading up to the grand opening on Labor Day Weekend.
