7-Eleven Canada has introduced a new plant-based breakfast sandwich at over 550 locations, featuring an Impossible Sausage patty, Violife cheese, and folded JUST Egg on an English muffin. This menu item provides 18g of protein and is cholesterol-free, catering to both vegans and flexitarians. It is available all day at participating stores in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan, as part of the company's efforts to expand its plant-based offerings.

In addition to the new breakfast sandwich, 7-Eleven Canada has been adding to its plant-based portfolio, including the introduction of Lightlife vegan chicken tenders in 2022. The chain has recognized the shift in consumer preferences towards more meat-free options and aims to provide customers with the products they desire. This trend extends globally, with other branches of 7-Eleven making strides in offering plant-based alternatives, including partnerships with companies like Green Monday and Impossible Foods.
