A Major New Vegan Conference Is Coming To The UK – How To Get Tickets

The UK is set to host its first all-vegan animal rights conference, called the Vegan Animal Rights Conference (VARC), later this month. The event aims to bring together activists in the vegan and animal rights movement in the UK, with over 43 different sessions, workshops, panels, and networking opportunities spread across two days. Organizers hope to foster a sense of community and shared purpose among advocates for animal rights and veganism.

VARC was co-founded by Liz Flynn, Emily Huang, and Esther Salomon, who collectively have years of experience in animal rights advocacy. The conference will feature a variety of speakers and discussions, from undercover investigations to legal battles for animal rights, with the goal of challenging, inspiring, and educating attendees. The event will take place at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel on April 13-14, 2024, with ticket prices varying based on income levels.
