A New Vegan Deli Just Opened in Santa Monica

B&T’s Deli is a new vegan deli in Santa Monica offering veggie-forward sandwiches and sides. Founded by Britt and Terrence Caldwell, the deli features a 100% plant-based menu with housemade, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. The founders drew inspiration from their love of local delis and wanted to create a space that reflected the community-driven nature of delis like Bay Cities in Santa Monica and Russ and Daughters in NYC.

The deli offers a variety of unique vegan sub sandwiches made with ingredients like Marinated Eggplant, Artichoke Hearts, and Chickpea Salad. They also have an assortment of housemade spreads to complement the sandwiches. In addition to sandwiches, B&T’s Deli offers plant-based deli sides, vegan cookies, and chips. Located at 912 Montana Avenue, the deli is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
