US-based Abe’s Muffins has expanded its range with a new line of vegan and school-friendly mini sheet cakes called Iced Cakes. Available in everyday flavors like Vanilla and Chocolate, as well as seasonal flavors such as Pumpkin and Gingerbread, the cakes are free from major allergens like peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, soy, sesame, and pea protein. Designed to mimic birthday cakes, they are topped with rich frosting and rainbow sprinkles made from natural colors to cater to children with food allergies.

Manufactured in an allergy-friendly bakery in West Nyack, New York, the Iced Cakes are free from artificial flavors, preservatives, and chemicals, and are made with non-GMO, all-natural ingredients. The positive reception of their school-friendly and vegan cupcake line led Abe’s Muffins to launch the Iced Cakes, which will be available at select retailers like Wegmans and Fresh Direct, with plans to expand to other US retailers later in the year.
