Aldi UK has unveiled its largest plant-based range ever for Veganuary 2025. The range includes both new products and returning favorites such as vegan meat, fish, cheese, meal kits, main dishes, and sides starting from £1.49 per item. New offerings like Plant Menu Kimchi Kofta and No Chicken Smash Burgers will be available, along with a new liquid egg replacer fortified with vitamins D and B12.

Aldi's extensive plant-based range aims to cater to the growing interest in plant-based food in the UK. The supermarket chain previously reported a 500 percent increase in plant-based sales during Veganuary 2022 and continues to expand its vegan offerings in response to the demand. The new Veganuary range will be available in stores from December 30, 2024, offering a wide variety of plant-based options for customers to enjoy.
