Alfred Coffee Just Launched a Vegan Breakfast Sandwich

Alfred Coffee, known for its high-quality beverages and Instagrammable backgrounds, has just launched a vegan breakfast sandwich at all 11 of its locations. The Plant-Based Breakfast Sandwich, or PBBS, features JUST Egg, an Impossible Foods sausage patty, and Violife cheddar cheese on a vegan potato bun for $10. Director of Food & Beverage, Jordan Hardin, states that the new sandwich is a way to cater to vegan and veg-curious customers, showcasing Alfred Coffee's commitment to providing animal product-free options.

In addition to the vegan breakfast sandwich, Alfred Coffee offers a variety of vegan-friendly menu items, such as vegan pastries, plant-based cream cheese bagels, and vegan donuts. The launch of the new vegan breakfast sandwich follows a trend of popular coffee chains adding vegan options to their menus, including Caribou Coffee and Peet's Coffee.
