All G Secures $6.6M and Forms Partnership to Commercialise Precison Fermentation-Derived Milk Proteins

Australian company All G has secured $6.6 million in funding through a convertible note fundraise, with support from both new and existing investors. This capital injection will be used to accelerate commercial-scale manufacturing and launch bovine lactoferrin into China and the US by Q1 2026. All G has also formed a strategic partnership with Armor Protéines, a French supplier of milk and whey ingredients, to produce and commercialize bovine lactoferrin and human milk proteins.

Lactoferrin, a key protein found in cow’s milk and human breast milk, is in high demand for its beneficial properties. All G's precision fermentation technology provides a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional lactoferrin extraction methods. The company has already received regulatory approval to sell its animal-free lactoferrin in China, positioning it as a leader in the precision fermentation space. CEO Jan Pacas expressed excitement about the approval, highlighting lactoferrin as one of the most valuable and functional proteins in the world.
