An Upscale Asian-Inspired Vegan Restaurant Is Opening in Chicago This Week

PLANTA Queen, an upscale Asian-inspired vegan restaurant, is opening a new location in Chicago's River North neighborhood this week. Known for its plant-forward sushi, dumplings, noodles, and salads, the restaurant will offer indoor and outdoor dining, a full bar, and various menus including brunch options with bottomless sake sangria and mimosas. Popular dishes like Bang Bang Broccoli and Truffle Udon Noodles will be available alongside daily specials like unlimited maki rolls on Mondays and half-price bottles of wine on Wednesdays.

Founder and CEO Steven Salm is excited for PLANTA Queen to be part of Chicago's diverse dining scene, joining the growing selection of vegan restaurants in the area.
