An assessment conducted with HowGood, a sustainability intelligence platform, revealed that when diluted in water and used as an egg substitute, Egg 'n Easy has a carbon footprint of 0.38 kg CO₂e per kg, while liquid egg has a carbon footprint of 4.54 kg CO₂e per kg, making Egg 'n Easy approximately 91% more environmentally friendly.
