This decision comes after Atlantic Natural Foods declared bankruptcy and faced challenges such as inflation, tariffs, and supply chain disruptions. The sale will allow Atlantic Natural Foods to continue operating and ensure a supply continuity for its products, particularly targeting Seventh-day Adventists in the Philippines.

Owned by the Po family, Century Pacific Food is a global processor of various food products and plans to invest in capacity expansion. Atlantic Natural Foods' move to restructure operations and shift production to Century Pacific has been in the works for over a year, citing uncertainty in the current business landscape. Despite the challenges faced, the company remains committed to providing plant-based products for the Adventist community and securing a successful future for its brands.
