Australia’s OMG Group Nabs Fresh Funding to Help Expand Protein Oat Milk Line

Oat Milk Goodness, co-founded by cricketer Steve Smith, is expanding its line of protein oat milks with the help of fresh funding for its parent company, OMG Group. The company has secured A$1.5M in funding to roll out three new protein oat milk SKUs, with a cornerstone investment from Slades Beverages to become its manufacturing partner.

The new protein oat milk flavors, including strawberry-matcha and peanut butter-banana, will be stocked at Woolworths stores in Australia. The investment will also bring manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies for OMG Group, supporting its growth and expansion plans. With a focus on plant-based protein products, the company is poised to capitalize on the rising demand for functional and healthy food options in Australia and beyond.
