Australia’s v2food Acquires US Vegan Chicken Startup Daring Foods, Teams Up with Ajinomoto

Australian plant-based meat company v2food has expanded globally by acquiring US vegan chicken maker Daring Foods and forming a strategic partnership with Japanese food giant Ajinomoto. Daring Foods, known for its vegan chicken products, will continue operating under its own brand in the US, providing v2food with a platform to introduce its products to the American market. The collaboration with Ajinomoto aims to develop innovative food solutions for Asia and Africa, leveraging the expertise of both companies.
