The award-winning documentary 'More Like Paul' is now available for streaming on the Plant Based News (PBN) YouTube channel. The film follows 87-year-old vegan runner Paul Youd as he sets out to complete 100 ultramarathons before his 100th birthday. Directed by Damian Sciberras of Short Stop Films, the documentary showcases Youd's incredible resilience, purpose, and leadership by example at any age.

Youd, who adopted a vegan diet over 20 years ago, has already completed more than 27 ultras towards his goal. In addition to his running achievements, he is also challenging himself to do one million press-ups before he turns 90 next year. The film, which has won several awards at the Bournemouth International Film Festival, highlights Youd's determination and dedication to fitness and vegan advocacy.
