The product has been specifically designed for automation, with a Twist and Lock dispensing system and a reformulated Barista Oat liquid that has been tested for foam texture, dispensing consistency, and machine compatibility in Germany before receiving approval.

Targeting contract catering, café groups, hotel F&B, university catering, and vending and automated coffee environments, the Bag-in-Box format eliminates single-use cartons in busy service settings and standardizes output across automated systems. Co-founder and CEO Stuart Forsyth stated that the new format helps high-volume cafés reduce oat milk cost per cup, speed up service, and maintain consistency under pressure, reflecting the company's commitment to sustainability and innovation in the plant-based coffee market.
