Ben & Esther’s Vegan Deli to Open Oceanside Location This Summer

Ben & Esther’s Vegan Deli, known for its New York-style cold cuts and deli sandwiches, is expanding to Oceanside this summer. The company, originally founded in Portland in 2019, has found success in the Pacific Northwest and recently opened their first San Diego location in the Aztec Village Center. Now, just six months after their SoCal debut, Ben & Esther’s is set to open a second vegan deli in San Diego’s North County.

The new Oceanside location will offer all the vegan deli staples that customers have come to love, including deli sandwiches on marble rye, a variety of fresh-baked bagels with different schmear options, and classic Jewish dishes like challah, potato latkes, and matzo ball soup. Ben & Esther’s Vegan Jewish Deli is slated to open its doors in August at 1904 South Coast Highway, Unit 101, Oceanside, CA 92054, bringing a taste of New York to the West Coast.
