Ben & Jerry’s Launches New Vegan Flavor with Chance the Rapper

Chance the Rapper has partnered with Ben & Jerry’s to release a new vegan flavor called Mint Chocolate Chance, set to be available in early 2022. The flavor will come in both dairy and non-dairy options, featuring a mint base with chocolate brownie swirls, inspired by Chance the Rapper’s childhood favorite ice cream concoction.

The vegan version of Mint Chocolate Chance is made with a sunflower milk base, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Priced between $4.99-$5.49 per pint, a portion of the proceeds will go to Chance the Rapper’s nonprofit organization, SocialWorks, which aims to empower youth through education, arts, mental health, and homelessness programs. Ben & Jerry’s already offers a variety of vegan flavors, including collaborations with celebrities like Colin Kapernick and Jimmy Fallon, using almond milk or sunflower butter, available in pints at various retailers.
