Ben & Jerry’s Launches New Vegan, Gluten-Free Oatmeal Dream Pie Flavor

Ben & Jerry’s is launching a new permanent vegan flavor called Non-Dairy Oatmeal Dream Pie. The ice cream is made with a vanilla base, oatmeal cookies sourced from the female and Black-owned vegan company Partake, and marshmallow swirls. The flavor is fully vegan and gluten-free and will be available at retailers nationwide for $5.99 to $6.49.

In addition to their new vegan flavor, Ben & Jerry’s is also dedicated to supporting social justice initiatives in the US. They recently collaborated with filmmaker and activist Ava Duvernay on a new flavor called Lights! Caramel! Action! All proceeds from Duvernay's flavor will go to her nonprofit organization ARRAY Alliance, which promotes social justice through art.
