Both products offer 21 grams of protein per serving, made with ingredients like yellow peas, red lentils, and faba beans, along with heart-healthy fats from avocado oil. They are also free from GMOs, cholesterol, added hormones, or antibiotics.

Erewhon, operating since 1968, upholds high standards for organic and ethically sourced foods, supporting local growers and holding Certified B Corp status. Beyond Meat has been making strategic moves recently, including debt reduction initiatives and expanding partnerships with retailers like Walmart.
