The £5 deal applies to any flavor of pancakes, including vegan and gluten-free options. Some vegan pancake flavors offered include Vegan Berries & Whipped Vanilla Cream, and Vegan Biscoff Crumb, Maple, & Banana. Other vegan-friendly menu items at Bill's include a variety of breakfast options such as Avocado On Sourdough and The Plant Plate, a full meat-free fry-up.

In addition to bottomless pancakes on Fridays, Bill’s also offers a daily bottomless pancake deal from 3 pm to 5 pm for £9.95 per person, which includes vegan options. This special offer is available on Pancake Day as well, providing customers with a variety of vegan-friendly options to enjoy.
