With roots dating back to fermentation businesses in France, the Netherlands, and Brazil, Biospringer currently offers yeast extracts and fermentation-derived solutions for taste, nutrition, and preservation. The acquisition of PTX Food Corp’s bacterial fermentation expertise broadens Biospringer's platform to cater to food manufacturers seeking non-yeast fermented ingredients. This strategic move positions Biospringer as a key player in the industry and reinforces its commitment to sustainability in food production.
