Blue Sushi Sake Grill Adds Veganuary Specials to Permanent Menu

Blue Sushi Sake Grill is expanding its vegan offerings by adding three new vegan items to its permanent menu after the success of their Veganuary specials. The new menu items include a vegan version of their popular Tuna Tower, as well as two vegan rolls: the Vegan Hot Night and the Vegan Black Dragon. The Vegan Hot Night features vegan shrimp tempura, avocado, vegan tuna, sesame seeds, and sriracha, while the Vegan Black Dragon includes BBQ eggplant eel tempura, vegan cream cheese, vegan shrimp tempura, black tobiko caviart, and sweet soy sauce.

In addition to the new vegan items, Blue Sushi Sake Grill offers a wide range of vegan options, including 18 vegan roll options, vegan starters, tofu lettuce wraps, Brussels sprouts, and seven vegan nigiri options. All vegan dishes are clearly labeled on the menu to make it easier for customers to find suitable options. With locations across the country and plans to open two new restaurants, Blue Sushi Sake Grill is committed to providing delicious vegan choices for its patrons.
