BOSH! Puts Plant Counts on Pack With New Grain Bowl Range at Tesco

UK plant-based brand BOSH! has launched three grain bowls in Tesco stores nationwide, adding a lighter, nutrient-dense meal format to its existing ready meals and pizzas. These 300g bowls, which have been on sale since September 21, showcase the number of different plant varieties in each recipe along with standard nutrition claims. For example, the Mediterranean Orzo & Beans bowl contains 17 plant varieties and is labeled as a source of protein, fiber, and zinc.

This launch marks the second Tesco range for BOSH! in under a year, following the success of their initial entry with ready meals and pizzas in October 2025. The brand, founded in 2016 by Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, has a strong focus on health and wellbeing in its recipes and content. The company, with over 1 million cookbooks sold and 4 billion views on recipe videos, aims to cater to customer preferences for plant-based, flavorful, and nutritionally dense convenient meals with its new grain bowl range. The founders expressed excitement for customers to try the new products, developed based on customer feedback.
