Bridge2Food North America 2025 to Convene Industry Leaders in Minneapolis

Bridge2Food has announced that its North American conference in 2025 will take place from October 21 to 23 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Co-hosted with the MBOLD coalition, the event aims to bring together professionals in food innovation, R&D, investment, and strategy to discuss the developments and challenges in the alternative protein and plant-based sectors. The program will include a technical course and workshops on day one, followed by a two-day innovation summit featuring presentations, panels, and networking opportunities.

Notable sessions at the summit will cover topics such as consumer behavior shifts, ingredient innovation, regulatory policy, and market trends in venture funding. Presentations will also delve into the economic viability of hybrid products, private-label market expansion, and the future of cultivated seafood. The event is expected to attract stakeholders from multinational food manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, academic researchers, and early-stage startups, providing an opportunity for industry collaboration and networking.
